2. Delivery Methods

2.1 Standard Delivery

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within Nairobi

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days outside Nairobi

Best for regular orders with no rush

2.2 Express Delivery

Delivery Time: Same day or next day within Nairobi (order before 12 PM)

Delivery Time: 1-3 business days to major cities

Additional charges apply

Available for orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday)

2.3 Pick Up Station

Available at selected pick-up points in Nairobi

Free pick-up within 7 days

You’ll receive an SMS/email notification when your order is ready

Bring your order confirmation and ID to collect

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and total weight of your order:

Within Nairobi

KES 200-250 delivery fee

Express delivery: Additional KES -500

Outside Nairobi (Major Cities)

KES 300-400 delivery fee

Remote Areas

Shipping costs vary based on location

Calculated at checkout

Typically KES 500-1,500 depending on distance

Bulky Items Large furniture and bulky items may attract additional shipping charges. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

5. How to Track Your Order

Step 2: Visit our Order Tracking page or use the link provided in the notification

Step 3: Enter your order number and email address to view real-time tracking

Step 4: You can also contact our customer support team for assistance with tracking

6. Delivery Process

Order Confirmation Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.

Processing Our team will process and pack your order carefully. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Dispatch Your order will be handed over to our delivery partner, and you’ll receive tracking information.

Out for Delivery On the delivery day, our courier will contact you to confirm your availability and deliver to your specified address.

Delivery Confirmation You’ll need to sign for the delivery or provide a delivery code (for contactless delivery).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

currently we do not accept cash on Delivery

8. Delivery Timeframes

Please note the following:

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

Remote areas may require additional 1-3 days for delivery

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

You’ll be contacted via phone, SMS, and email

The package will be held at the nearest courier depot for 7 days

After 7 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse

Return shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

10. Delivery Issues

Wrong Address If you provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. We’ll try to redirect the package, but additional charges may apply.

Damaged Package If your package arrives damaged:

Do not accept the delivery

Take photos of the damage

Contact our customer support immediately

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Missing Items If items are missing from your delivery:

Check the package thoroughly

Review your order confirmation email

Contact us within 24 hours with your order number

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly

11. Signature Required

For security purposes, a signature may be required for:

Orders above KES 10,000

Electronics and high-value items

Deliveries to business addresses

If you won’t be available, you can:

Authorize someone to receive on your behalf (provide their name and ID number)

Request delivery to an alternative address

Reschedule delivery to a more convenient time

12. Delivery During COVID-19

We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our customers and delivery team:

Contactless delivery options available

Delivery personnel wear masks and sanitize regularly

Packages are sanitized before dispatch

Delivery codes can be used instead of physical signatures

13. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Kenya. International shipping is not available at this time. We’re working to expand our services to East Africa soon. Stay tuned!

14. Customs and Duties

All our products are sourced and sold within Kenya. There are no customs duties or import taxes for our deliveries.

Express Delivery Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

17. Special Delivery Instructions

During checkout, you can provide special delivery instructions such as:

Gate code or access instructions

Safe place to leave the package (at your own risk)
